![]() ![]() ![]() A group of four heroes from the Mercenary Guild has been sent to investigate. The game takes place in a world called Mican, on Spiny Island which was recently rocked by a massive explosion which poured out monsters from within the mountain at the center of the island. Dozens of unique monster traits that drastically change what monsters are capable of in battle. ![]() The game was heavily inspired by classic PC RPGs such as Might and Magic and Wizardry, with plenty of modern flair and heaps of QOL features. But not enough to trade it for something else yet.Monsters of Mican is a party-based first person turn-based WRPG in the vein of old classics like Wizardry and Might and Magic. Monsters of Mican is a first person, party based dungeon crawler RPG, often known as a Blobber. The lights on the light bar also seem to be a bit too bright and reflect off of everything making some co-op experiences miserable. Downsides are it’s a little sluggish at times and even the Snowrunner gearbox can get a bit confused going uphill and will get stuck between gears. It makes for a ridiculously nice long distance scout with the addition of a roof rack. ![]() With engage-able AWD it’s slightly more fuel efficient with a higher fuel capacity than the HKAN as well. My scout vehicle is the YAR-87, a bit slower than the KHAN 39 Marshall on pavement but being a 6圆 it’s much more stable at speed. Monsters of Mican is a party-based first person turn-based dungeon crawler WRPG. Downsides are the speed and risk of getting stuck in tight spots. Don’t expect to make any sort of tight turn with it, however it does act as a great support vehicle for co-op missions involving long drives and complex logistics. A “heavier” truck I use has been the AZOV 64131, it’s definitely more impressive in deeper mud/water than it is on pavement or on woodland trails. Downsides to it are a slightly thirstier engine, and it rolls thick black smoke under any acceleration making visibility difficult in 3rd person (I recommend sticking with stock exhaust as it dumps the smoke under the truck). It’s less prone to roll than the Paystar and a lot quicker on all surfaces. I ditched my Paystar for the Voron AE-4380, I have been more than impressed with its ability in just about any terrain. ![]()
